4.30pm Junior Fitness - High energy 45-minute class for young people - 10+ with a parent, 13+ independently 

5.30pm Boxing Circuit - A boxing inspired class to get the heart pumping and muscles working 

6.30pm LBT- A Strength and Conditioning session of the Legs, Bums & Tums

charge - £5 per session – each session 45 minutes .

5.30pm High Intensity Interval Training - A high enery workout with short bursts of exercise to push that heart rate up quickly

6.30pm Legs, Bums, Tums -  A Strength and Conditioning session of the Legs, Bums & Tums
