Fitness Gym

The Sitwell Arms Hotel houses a fully equipped gymnasium with over 40 pieces of Life Fitness cardio and resistance training equipment.  Built as part of the Mind & Body extension in 2005 to offer the final touches to any leisure or business experience by offering impressive health & fitness facilities. Once you visit it becomes apparent this is "More than just a Hotel Gym", available to both residents and non residential customers.

A studio class timetable is available to members and non members, offering 20 classes a week for all abilities. Choose from Zumba, Yoga, Circuit, Studio Cycling, Running Club and much more..... "Pay & Play" for classes at just £4 per class, pre booking is essential. The gym has it's very own dedicated team of gym instructors on hand to offer advice and programmes to aid towards each members personal targets.  Its a friendly, comfortable environment which encourages people to get in better shape and stay healthy.

We have various memberships to suit everyone;

Annual £200 – (Includes a free £20 hair & beauty voucher)
6 month £99
3 month £75 (+£10 for induction)
1 month £36 (+£10 for induction)
£5 Gym “Pay & Play” (+ £10 for induction)
£4 Class “Pay & Play” 

All tariffs are payable in full on the day of joining and give all customers full use of all the gym facilities and classes at all times.
All memberships require an initial induction however this is a separate cost of £10, which needs to be covered when joining on either the 3 or 1 month tariff.
It is also payable to anyone new who decides to use the gym and pay £5 for each separate visit. 
Not required for class only purposes.

Nutritional Advice
Mind & Body have teamed together with CB Nutrition to offer professional nutrition and lifestyle advice. During the month of May all members are offered a FREE wellness check and "Herbalife" breakfast product sample by contacting Carla 01246 828185 / 07976 566 754. Mind & Body Gym Opening Times:

Monday to Thursday 6.30am - 10.00pm

Friday 6.30am - 8.00pm

Saturday & Sunday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Last access to the Gym floor is 40 minutes before closing. Times may vary over holiday periods, please see our seasonal period opening times.
