There is lots to do and see in the area, the hotel is walking distance from the historic Renishaw Hall and Gardens, Gullivers Valley children’s theme park is a five minute drive away, some of our favourites are included below, but please ask us for more ideas.

The gardens are open Wednesday to Sunday and on Bank Holiday Mondays, 10.30am to 4.30pm during the season.

"We stayed at the hotel for our 25th Wedding Anniversary on 17/07. We got married at Sitwell Arms 25 years ago. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite it was a lovely surprise & lovely room. The food were amazing in the Wild Boar Restaurant 10/10. The staff are all amazing lovely breakfast the next morning."
