Overall satisfaction is great just a pity we was not in resturant missing it
Reception staff are great and very pleasent
The service you supply is fabulous could not ask for better would highly recomend
The food and drink is really good
The facilities are very good
Would be very glad to revisit once we are able to roll on
The Sitwell is a great place for lots of very good things never stayed but been told it’s very good
No all the staff are great nothing to much trouble

I've placed many orders over the last few months and you never disappoint. Sunday dinners are lovely and have become a regular thing for us. Breakfast with Santa was fab and the delivery service is excellent.

All staff I've encountered have been amazing. Breakfast with Santa was made extra special by your very friendly and accommodating Santa and Elf.

We had the beef absolutely melt in your mouth top quality beautiful and lean ,lovely vegetables very tasty thank you again for a lovely dinner and excellent service on time as always really hope you continue this Service even after lockdown is over

The reception staff are always very good
The staff are always very pleasant and well versed in everything
The food and drink have always been first class
You have great facilities

Food is amazing. Having tried a lot of takeaway pub meals during covid this was the best, my only issue is the staff didn't read the extra info but where I stated no cheese in the burgers. Apart from this brilliant service.
