We have ordered a few takeaway meals from the Sitwell Arms and they have always been amazing, in these times we are unable to go out to a restaurant for a meal, having one of Sitwell Arms meals feels the closest possible experience, thank you for fantastic food and customer service

Unfortunately with Covid we haven’t been able to go to the facilities however when lockdown is over Sitwell Arms will be first in our list to visit

Beautiful hot breakfast once again, didn’t order until 10.02am and it arrived at exactly 10.45 the time we ordered. The little pastries were still hot too would highly recommend for a cold Sunday morning.

Absolutely stunning food. Every bit as good as if it was at the restaurant - probably the best dine in at home we’ve had.

Beautiful food delivered. Hunters chicken, pan fried sea bass, sticky toffee pud and apple and cinnamon crumble - all cooked to perfection. Pleasant delivery lady. Would order again.

A welcome treat for us to be able to order a special Valentine's meal. Menu choices given to Hotel personnel with no fuss, no delay and no inconvenience. Good friendly service from the hotel. Satisfied customer and I'm sure the meal will be just as we wish it to be. Thank you. [4 star rated]
So pleased we were able to speak to Hotel personnel with our Meal order rather than having to leave a message on the answering machine. Good experience with our call and Reception staff very helpful and friendly. [5 star rating]

No name provided by personnel on reception desk but did say that the service was being given and personnel mentioned that she was within a training programme on reception at that time. Sorry I didn't ask for name but the response to my meal order, the arrangements and the service were all completely to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Thank you SO much for a delicious meal last Sunday. Delivered hot, on time and with a smile! It was as delicious as if I was sitting in your lovely restaurant and being served with this fresh from the kitchen. Everything was perfect - dessert delicious, veg done to perfection, side salad freshly made and lamb shanks succulent ! Compliments to your chef and staff.

Excellent from ordering to delivery beef and pork dinner was delicious and a very large portion
Only through email but no issues at all delivery driver was lovely

Lovely hot food delivered! I wasn't in a rush for the food but this was delivered when it was asked for . Arrived well packaged and hot Definitely will go and have a sit down meal when we can .
