Hire the house at the Sitwell Arms for our Girlie or Boys Weekend away. Take advantage of one of our weekend packages in this spacious house overlooking the magnificent lake and gardens. This self catering, large dwelling sleeps up to 11 guests and is equipped with games room and hot tub. Small dogs are allowed and the adjoining hotel grounds have pathways to Rother Valley Country Park and Pools Brook Country Park making it the ideal location for exploring the local area.

Both Days Include:

• Champagne Breakfast in Bed up to 12noon
• Dinner Served in the Wild Boar Lounge, or for a romantic setting at the house or on the decking overlooking the lake, between 5-8pm

This beautifully detached property at The Sitwell Arms is a luxurious retreat designed for families, friends, and wedding parties.

Fully equiped with a functional kitchen, games room with pool table, and hot tub, outside children’s play equipment and large outside eating area. Sleeping up to 13 guests across five spacious bedrooms, three of these bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

Additional sleeping provisions for small children can also be provided, and small dogs are welcome!

Depending on the package you choose, breakfast can be a pre-order at check in and served the following morning at the house, or served over at the hotel. Breakfast service times are between 8am - 9.30am 

General Information

• Basic pricing can be found through our General Hire button.
• Various package prices are also available depending on requirements. Bespoke prices can also be provided to suit specfic requirements.
• Check in is 4pm on the day of arrival and check out 10am

• Check-In is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-Out is 10am the following morning. Early check-in / Late check-out can be made available at £25 per hour.

  Complimentary use of the hotel gym is included with your booking.

Terms & Conditions

• A 50% non refundable deposit is required via one transaction at the time of booking. The final balance is payable 6 months prior to check in. Bookings made less than 6 months in advance would be payable in full at the time of booking. 
• You can pay an additional "Reservation Protection Fee" of £250 at the time of booking, which allows you up until 6 weeks prior to check in, to amend the reservation date within a 3 month period of the original reservation. This allowes only the balance to be used against the new reservation, not the initial 50% deposit. 
• All changes to accommodation must be done in writing and dealt with by our booking team.
• Please note, house bookings made for 2027 are not confirmed prices and may be subject to a price increase.
• Additional provisions for small children and dogs can be arranged at an additional small charge.
